Vacancy for a Contractor Cleaner
1st April 2026 - 31st March 2029
Llangynidr Community Council is looking to contract someone to clean the public conveniences and the car park in Cwm Crawnon Road, Llangynidr.
Duties include cleaning the toilets, basins, urinal, pipework, hand driers, windows, walls and floors. Removing debris, including broken glass if present, etc.
The duties in the car park include emptying the picnic bins (one in the car park and one in the children’s playground), notifying the clerk of any fly-tipping or other problems, picking up any loose litter within the car park and the playground.
The contract is for 28 hours a month. To be paid monthly.
Hours are to suit the successful applicant but must be completed during daylight.
