Minutes of the Llangynidr Community Council HR Committee Meeting held on Monday 8th July 2024 at 6pm.
Present: Mr Mark Brian, Mr Harry Duff and Mrs Janine Sharpless (Chair). Attending:Ms Sue Dale (Clerk).
JS welcomed the Committee members and explained that the meeting was to evaluate the Clerk's job performance and pay, making recommendations for the following year.
1. Apologies: None.
2. Declaration of interest: None
3. To evaluate the job performance of the Clerk May 23-May 24 and to re- view her pay. Job performance was rated as “acceptable” and attracted a rating of 95%. Pay was considered.
4. Other human resources issues to be brought to the attention of Council.
The committee wishes to draw the Clerk's hours of work to the attention of full council and requested that the clerk make her records available for the meeting of 30/7/24.
Councillor support for the Clerk's work was also discussed with a view to reducing the amount of work for the clerk to do overall.
The chairperson closed the meeting at 18:25 thanking all for attending.
