Minutes of Extraordinary Council Meeting held in the Village Hall
on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 at 6.00pm.
Attendees: Chair Jane Dawkins, Cllr David Mantle, Cllr Gene Taylor, Cllr Janine Sharpless, Cllr Beth Carpenter

1. Apologies for absence: Cllr Gareth Woodcock
2. Declaration of interest in item of business listed below: None
3. Consideration of Community Council position with regard to Plot of Land at Erw Bant going for auction 11th September 2025.
Discussed options for the Community Council to bid at the auction. Unanimasly agreed not to persue the plot at the auction due to high auction fees and no long term benefit to the Community Counci. Agreed the Clerk to watch the live auction and report back to the Community Council.
